Lucy Palmer – Director| Dressage Rider & Trainer

Lucy Palmer brings balance, perspective, and depth to Anmore’s leadership team. A dressage rider and trainer with extensive experience across top competition yards, Lucy is known for her adaptable training approach and her ability to listen to each individual horse.

Her career highlights include producing her mare “Superstar” to Grand Prix level and competing internationally at Small Tour level, alongside multiple regional titles. Lucy’s experience extends beyond riding, encompassing staff management, client relationships, and the operational demands of running a professional competition yard.

At Anmore, Lucy plays a key role in training, yard management, and overseeing marketing and communication, working closely with external partners to ensure the brand reflects the quality of the work carried out on site. Her leadership style is calm, supportive, and clear, helping to create a positive working environment while maintaining high expectations.

Jezz Palmer – Director | Dressage Rider

Jezz Palmer is an accomplished dressage rider whose career is defined by consistency, dedication, and an uncompromising commitment to high standards. With a lifelong connection to horses, Jezz is widely respected for his ability to produce horses through the levels, combining technical skill with thoughtful horsemanship.

His competitive record includes multiple national and regional titles, international wins and placings, and appearances at the World Breeding Championships. Jezz has trained several horses to Grand Prix level and competed extensively at Small Tour level, bringing invaluable experience to Anmore’s training and competition programmes.

As a director, Jezz leads by example. Known for his strong work ethic and clear communication, he plays a central role in shaping standards across the yard, supporting staff, and ensuring horses are developed correctly and consistently. His ambition remains firmly focused on progression, both for the horses he trains and for Anmore’s position within the sport.

Martin Price – Founder

Martin Price is the founder of Anmore Dressage and the driving force behind its ethos and growth. His journey into the dressage world began in 2020, sparked by his daughter’s first horse, and quickly developed into a genuine passion for horses, training, and the sport itself.

Martin plays a hands-on role across the business, from supporting the training and development of young horses to overseeing operations across multiple sites. His leadership style is grounded and people-focused, shaped by the belief that investing in the right team is essential to long-term success. By fostering a family-like environment built on respect, communication, and shared standards, Martin has created a stable foundation on which Anmore continues to grow.

Recognising that excellence in dressage requires specialist expertise, Martin has been instrumental in building a leadership structure that brings elite-level knowledge into the heart of the business, ensuring Anmore’s future is guided by experience as well as vision.
