Anmore Dressage breeds and produces dressage horses in Hampshire. Many of our horses have been with us from foals, so we know each one's history, temperament and way of going, and we can tell you honestly what they are like to ride and live with.
We have horses available from three-year-olds that have recently been backed through to advanced competition horses, and broodmares.

At Anmore Dressage, we believe the best dressage horses aren't just bred, they're developed through time, trust, and thoughtful training. Based in Hampshire, England, we offer a small selection of dressage horses for sale with proven breeding and carefully managed early education. Every horse in our care is handled from the very beginning to build quiet confidence and a strong foundation for future performance.
Whether you're looking for a young prospect, a competition-ready partner, or a horse that simply feels good to ride every day, our dressage horse sales programme is built around matching riders with horses that are both talented and rideable.
Our dressage horses for sale in the UK are bred from internationally recognised lines and brought up through a system designed to support the horse as much as the rider. We understand that great results in the arena come from daily, consistent work behind the scenes, and our training reflects that.
We don't believe in rushing a horse or producing for the sake of numbers. Our Anmore Dressage breeding programme focuses on quality over quantity, ensuring each youngster receives the time, handling, and education they need to succeed, not just in the short term, but for life.
If you're searching for dressage horses for sale in England with a calm, confident outlook and proper basics in place, Anmore is worth a visit.
From early groundwork to under-saddle dressage training, our system is tailored to bring out the best in each horse. Because our horses are trained on-site, we can give you real insight into how they think, move, and learn, before you ever get in the saddle.

We can arrange to transport the horse to its new home at a competitive rate, with a member of staff who knows the horse to ensure a safe arrival. We also offer, if desired, for the horse to stay in training livery with us for a short period of time, so the new owner can get some training and find their feet with the horse, and they get off to the best start as a partnership.
We're open and honest about any prior vet history. X-rays are usually available to view before a viewing, so a client can have their own vet check them beforehand. That way, when someone finds the horse they'd like to buy, they already know the quality of the x-rays without the extra cost of getting them done after viewing. All our horses are open to vetting from independent vets.
The majority of the horses we sell have had experience at competitions, or have at least travelled and been loaded, so we can discuss a horse's temperament in various situations openly. Every horse is individual. We often have horses that have been handled well as young horses through our system, so they've gained positive experiences. Anything we feel may be relevant to buying a particular horse, we'll discuss openly.
Yes. We offer training, competition and sales livery, as well as keeping the horses we own ourselves. At High Bank our young horse trainers are able to assist with backing and breaking livery, and for further education we can offer full competition and training livery at either Arion or Yew Tree.
